YOUR IMPACT

What does a donation actually do here?

Every dollar goes straight into supplies we hand out that same week on Portland streets. No overhead padding, no delay — just direct, street-level care, fast. 501(c)(3) certified, and all donations are 100% tax deductible.

Socks, new or gently used

Clean socks are one of the most requested items on the street. We hand them out daily.

Hygiene kits ready to go

Travel-sized shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and deodorant in a quart bag. Simple and needed.

Warm blankets for cold nights

Twin-sized or larger, no rips please. Portland nights get cold fast.

First aid basics

Bandages, antiseptic wipes, gauze, and medical tape. Street-level care starts here.

Bottled water, always

Hydration is a daily need. Cases of 16-ounce bottles are perfect for our packs.

Non-perishable food

Protein bars, trail mix, shelf-stable meals. Easy to carry and eat, no cooking needed.

Where it goes

DONOR STORIES

One week, 17 donations funded 200 meals

That's what a small circle of neighbors in Portland can do when they show up for each other. Here's what donors say about giving.

I dropped off a bag of socks and granola bars on a Tuesday. By Friday, I saw a photo on the outreach page of someone wearing those same socks. It hit me hard — this is real, this is here, and it works.

Monthly donor, Portland

FLESH AN BONE VEINS WITH PAIN OUTREACH doesn't just hand out supplies — they sit down, listen, and treat folks like neighbors. That's why I give every month. It's the most direct impact I've ever seen.

Recurring donor

I was skeptical at first — so many non-profits take a cut. But I checked the volunteer portal and saw exactly where my money went: hygiene kits, warm socks, and a hot meal. No games, just help.

One-time donor turned regular

My kids and I packed 30 snack bags and drove them to the drop-off point. A week later, we saw an outreach worker handing them out near the park. My daughter said, 'We helped someone.' She's right.
